Terms of use

Last updated November 2, 2026

PrimeTalks is a free, nonpartisan information service. By using it you agree to these terms.

What PrimeTalks is

  • It shows federal (U.S. House and Senate) candidates linked to an address, using public records such as Federal Election Commission filings.
  • The candidate list is built from FEC registrations. It is not the official ballot and may include people who are no longer running. Check your state or local election office for your official ballot.
  • Funding figures are taken from public filings and may be incomplete or delayed. Independent spending "for" or "against" a candidate is shown as reported.
  • We do not endorse any candidate or party.

Using the service

  • It is for U.S. residents aged 13 and over, and is available only from the United States and its territories.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape the site, overload it, or get around its limits.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password private.

Donations

Donations are optional and go toward running PrimeTalks. They do not buy influence over the information shown. Payments are processed by Stripe.

No guarantee

We work to keep the information accurate, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made using it. Please verify important details with official sources.
